Before LuxFilm, I was first and foremost a watch collector.
Every watch I own represents more than its monetary value. Each piece carries a story — a milestone, an achievement, a celebration, or simply a memory that I want to preserve.
Naturally, I wanted to protect them.
But when I started looking for watch protection film services, I realised something was missing.
It wasn't just about the quality of the film or how precisely it was installed. For me, the bigger question was:

What happens after the installation?

Many protection services offer around a one-year warranty, often with limitations on replacement. If you want longer coverage, such as two years, you may have to pay an additional fee. And even with a warranty, it doesn't necessarily mean you can simply replace the entire film whenever you feel it is time for a fresh set.
As a collector and a customer myself, I wanted something different.
I wanted a service where the relationship didn't end the moment I walked out of the shop.
That became the philosophy behind LuxFilm.

With LuxFilm, you pay one time for your protection package.
Your watch is then covered by our 3-Year Unlimited Film Replacement Warranty.
If the film becomes worn, starts lifting, gets scratched, or you simply feel that it is time for a fresh set, bring your watch back to us.

We will replace the film again.

No need to purchase another full protection package.
No need to pay extra just to extend your warranty.
And there is no fixed number of replacements during the three-year coverage period, subject to our warranty terms.
We call it unlimited because we want our clients to feel comfortable actually wearing and enjoying their watches — not worrying about preserving the protection film itself.

Every LuxFilm piece is cut in-house according to the geometry of the watch model and carefully hand-applied by our technicians.
By keeping the process under our control, we can take responsibility not only for the first installation, but for the years that follow.
